Refunds
The truth is, what we provide is a lot of coaching services and intellectual content via coaching sessions, emails, videos, message boards and other online content and as such, taking a return isn't exactly possible. Let's face it, it's not often that you pay an architect to draft blueprints and plans, halfway through the build you see it and don't like it and return it to them. That's what the whole process is designed to avoid right?
With all that being said, if you feel like you didn't receive what we promised, we will do everything we can to make it right. We are nice people and we also feel like it's fairly reasonable for you to let us know within 30 days of a purchase that you aren't happy with what you purchased in order for us to provide you a reasonable solution or a refund.
That being said, we respond really well to polite, reasonable requests and want you to find our services and products useful. So, contact me by email or phone and we'll work it out.
Subscriptions & Cancellation Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, subscription based packages, please contact me and let us know. You can cancel any of your subscriptions at any time with no issue and you will continue to have access to the content until your purchased time expires.
We're offering subscription packages and these may change from time to time. Whatever you choose now, that's what you will receive. In the future, we may offer stuff for groups, special bells and whistles for an extra charge, etc. You will never receive less than we promised but you may have an opportunity to change your package or subscription and get more when we create something really useful (at least that is our goal). We will not increase your subscription or membership fee in any given term but when your current membership expires, don't be put out if it may get more expensive, if we need to up fees to cover costs and bills of running our business. Server space is not free, not are we trying to make sure these are great services and products and that they are worth every penny. We will let you know way in advance. We hate surprises (except on birthdays...) and we know you do too.
You agree that you will pay the subscription fee and any required taxes in order to gain access to premium content. If you have a subscription service, (most of our coaching services are billed as a subscription) we will receive the money from your credit card, Paypal account or however you decided to pay us once per month as we agreed. If you would like to switch accounts or update your information you can let us know or go to the Client Center to update your information.
If your payment "bounces" then we'll contact you and possibly suspend your account and services until you pay us- it's only fair. We can't give you your money back after you have already received services for that month. If you do have a problem and need to cancel your membership or services, it may take us up to two weeks to get all our ducks in a row and make sure we do all the proper processing and record keeping. If you are accidentally charged again in the meantime, we will refund your money and apologize profusely for being slow, but not everything is automated here. We are human and sometimes we may screw up, despite our best efforts not to. We will do our best to make it right and we always appreciate your patience. We're sorry you're cancelling your services or membership, but we understand we can't be a perfect fit for everyone. We do hope you'll get our very best service we can give you.

Session Cancellation Policy
I am committed to your success and I respect your time and I ask the same in return. In the event that you need to change or cancel a scheduled session, I require 24 hours notice. In turn, I will extend the same courtesy to you should I ever need to reschedule or change a session. Our sessions are brief and I expect that our sessions start promptly on time. If you are late for a session the lost time will not be made up. If you miss a session completely, that session will not be made up nor will it be refunded. Should I ever cancel a session in less than 24 hours you will receive a compensatory session at no charge in addition to the rescheduled session. I schedule sessions through my booking page. You can go there to schedule, change or cancel sessions.
Community Policy
We would love to monitor everything, but we can't. We still need sleep from time to time. Tea or coffee isn't always the best solution but still is very necessary. We will have team members in our communities, monitoring the conversations and so forth. We may edit out stuff that's particularly unpleasant and not let you know before we do so. Trust us, it wasn't that interesting anyways. We'd share the joke if it was funny enough. The proper remedy, if you don't like the site or aren't finding it useful, is to speak with us directly or cancel your services.
Delivery Policy
Most of our products and services are online in nature and are delivered via electronic download, email, participation in online forums, coaching sessions and links to hosted videos or other premium content. If ever there is a time when you don't receive your product, just contact us and we'll make sure you get what you need.

By using our sites and our services, you consent that the site uses the personal data which which concerns you, and that you have willingly and voluntarily transmitted. This data is necessary so we can contact you about upcoming events, newsletters, additional benefits, maintain your account and other mutually agreed upon reasons. By signing up for services and associated benefits, you agree specifically to allow us to contact you in this manner unless otherwise specifically notified in writing.
We promise to not sell, rent or otherwise transmit your personal data to third parties without your express prior permission. If you believe your personal information has been transmitted by us or another user to a third party violation of this agreement, please notify us immediately and we will take action to resolve the matter in a timely fashion. Life by My Design and its associated companies, agents and officers are not responsible for any personal data you have willingly provided in the open forums to others that may or may not be subsequently misused.
When we do appeal to third parties in the processing of your personal information, we ensure that they respect our rules of confidentiality as well as any appropriated confidentiality or security measures.
We might transmit information to third parties under precise circumstances, in particular among others, requests from public authorities, in order to prevent fraud or imminent damages, but also to ensure the security of our networks and services.
You can also refuse to provide us personal information and or refuse cookies in your browser. However, this may disrupt the functioning of some services and features.
