Our business and domain are hosted through Google Apps so we get our email through the Gmail interface. We use Google Drive a ton and Drive also does backups of our Computers as well.

Stripe is a safe, fast way to send money, make an online payment, receive money or open a merchant account. Stripe is widely known.
Quickbooks is the standard business accounting software. For location independent lifestyles and businesses, I highly recommend using the online version. This accounting software allows you to track all of your finances and create necessary business statements simply and easily. Most importantly, it also creates invoices, tracks sales and expenses, and syncs with your PayPal Merchant account. Most accountants worth their weight in gold want you to be using Quickbooks so they can help you track your financial health.

ActiveCampaign is an all-in-one business and marketing automation software for small businesses that combines a CRM, email marketing and e-commerce. We use ActiveCampaign and ActiveMember 360 for our CRM, Shopping Cart, and all our Marketing. I stopped using Ontraport when they discontinued phone support in 2018 and also when they kept getting more and more complicated to use. I've also used Insfusionsoft in the past.
